If you don't mind the smell, I don't, then it works as an antibacterial. Used it a couple of days after my gallbladder surgery and my husband used it before his heart cath. It certainly helped keep germs down. But your bathroom will smell like a doctor's office.

NEKD has been around for quite awhile.It uses an agent that's hard to find - Triclocarban.I gave 'scent' a 4 because NEKD smells like it, which is a good thing.It's probably got a carcinogenic warning label in California, but then Leisure Suits do too.

Whew! Stinks but should help with the hand-washing regime. Leaves blue residue on cloth. From what I read, it is among the best germicidal soaps. We'll see.

This soap is great and can’t be found in stores. My family used on me when I was a child. I was burned badly and my Mother used it to clean my burn area and I healed beautiful without scaring. We use this soap before and after a medical procedure to protect myself from infections bc you can pick up infections easily in a hospital
